The course discusses whether culture can be changed with a case study and how this could impact on the success of the organisation. -
The course describes how the hospitality and the service industry is divided into different food service methods: formal, casual dining, quick service, counter, carvery, buffet dining and room service. Each of these methods are explored in more detail, with examples of their different menu styles and menus. This is followed by a series of short challenges to check your learning.
