This wide-ranging course covers the definitions, needs and laws relating to children with learning difficulties and disabilities, including legislation, communication and partnership.
  • The course will explore team models and team leadership and look at achieving win-win situations. Applying the right skills in the right situations helps build, develop and maintain excellent collaborative working relationships. Case studies of successful teams are provided as examples.
