The modules in this course provide information on the potential causes of poverty, how to help children and their families, guidance on multi-agency working and the learner’s roles and responsibilities as a practitioner. This course is for anyone who is working or will be working with children who may be in poverty or vulnerable to poverty.

  • How to provide support or help people access available support

The course contains case studies, case reviews, and examples of appropriate guidance. It has links to relevant external organisations and the Alston report. Videos and challenges make the course interactive and imaginative.
