Overview: The course investigates continuous improvement and how it can be supported with the various tools and techniques described including three key approaches to bring it about: Root Cause Analysis; Plan, Do, Check, Act Cycle; and Kaizen. The course continues by describing four key methodologies to bring about continuous improvement: CIP, TQM, Lean and Six Sigma.
