Overview: In this course coaching techniques are reviewed, referring to the commonly used GROW model. How can a leader develop their team, using the four stage model of ‘Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing’ and how can they develop skills and techniques for different teams with varying needs? What are the keys skills needed by any leader? Who should take this course?

What does this course cover? On completion of this course, learners will:
